Face and identity
Preserve facial features through front, three-quarter and profile views, expressions and motion.
A reusable, photorealistic character system designed to keep Kaya recognizable across camera angles, expressions, poses, outfits and image-to-video shots.

Kaya is a photorealistic AI persona developed as a reusable visual character. The goal is to preserve a recognizable identity as camera angle, expression, pose, wardrobe, lighting and environment change.
The work brings together character reference development and image-to-video testing, with a focus on visual continuity and practical usability across a growing set of shots.
Preserve facial features through front, three-quarter and profile views, expressions and motion.
Maintain believable skin, hair, eyes, facial proportions and anatomy.
Change styling while keeping the same recognizable character and stable body proportions.
Build reference images that support image-to-video generation and help reduce artifacts and continuity drift.
The reference set covers front, three-quarter and profile angles, plus close-up beauty framing. These views give later generations a consistent identity baseline.
Expression tests include neutral, soft smile, laughing, surprised, thoughtful and conversational looks. Full-body references are used to check proportions, pose, outfit fit, front / side / rear coverage and usefulness as video references.
The wardrobe system tests Kaya across distinct roles, using clothing references together with identity references and controlled generation.

The current R&D workflow uses ComfyUI and MiniMax-H3 to test short, shot-based video. Selected clips are development material used to evaluate identity retention, motion, continuity, product interaction, camera discipline and editorial usability.
Each shot is reviewed for face preservation, hand and arm motion, intentional camera behavior, wardrobe and environment continuity, and enough usable duration for editing. Skin tone and texture consistency remain part of the look-development focus.

Kaya demonstrates a practical approach to building a consistent AI persona: establish an identity, test its limits, develop controlled wardrobe changes and extend the same character into motion. Kaya was also applied in the Presretač client campaign.
